Hunan Yunbang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Yunbangpharm) located in Changsha High-tech Industrial Park, Hunan. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of Pharmaceutical raw materials, Pharmaceutical intermediates(API) and Fine chemicals. Based in China, Yunbangpharm has been providing suitable solutions for many domestic, foreign pharmaceutical companies and traders. Excellent quality, good reputation and authentic price have won the praise of the majority of customers.
The company adheres to the corporate tenet of "We do not produce medicines, but help pharmaceutical companies make good medicines".Ribonuclease T1, derived from the fungus Aspergillus oryzae, is an endoribonuclease enzyme that specifically cleaves single-stranded RNA at the 3' end of guanosine residues. This enzyme is highly selective for guanosine, resulting in the cleavage of RNA at guanosine positions and leading to the generation of guanosine 3'-phosphate and 5'-hydroxyl RNA fragments.
Ribonuclease T1 has been widely utilized in biochemical and molecular biology research for its ability to cleave RNA at specific sites, enabling the precise mapping of RNA secondary and tertiary structures. It has been particularly valuable in RNA structure determination studies, as well as in the characterization of RNA-protein interactions.
Moreover, the enzyme has also found applications in biotechnology, such as in the generation of RNA oligonucleotides with defined 3' termini, which are utilized in various experimental and therapeutic contexts.
In summary, Ribonuclease T1 from Aspergillus oryzae is a valuable tool in RNA research and biotechnology, owing to its specific endoribonuclease activity targeting guanosine residues in single-stranded RNA. Its applications encompass RNA structure analysis, RNA-protein interaction studies, and the generation of defined RNA oligonucleotides.

Uses | Ribonuclease T1 (RNase T1) from Aspergillus oryzae is used to digest denatured RNA prior to sequencing and is used for protein folding studies . |
Biochem/physiol Actions | Ribonuclease T1 (RNase T1) from Aspergillus oryzae is an endoribonuclease that hydrolyzes after G residues. Cleavage occurs between the 3′-phosphate group of a guanidine ribonucleotide and 5′-hydroxyl of the adjacent nucleotide. The initial product is a 2′:3′ cyclic phosphate nucleoside that is hydrolyzed to the corresponding 3′-nucleoside phosphate. It differs from Pancreatic RNase in that it attacks the guanine sites specifically to yield 3′-GMP and oligonucleotides with a 3′-GMP terminal group. |
